Another night where I think they all SC you 76 to 36 points in the paint just what you see again from that being able to get to the rim and you guys maybe not be able to do the same thing we tried to do a better job just guarding the three

They had the guys that could shoot the ball uh but I didn’t I think they took advantage of like playing one to one they made some tough shot in the paint but uh there was so much space in the paint um for uh J Jackson Jr for they

Had some offensive rebounds also but this just had so much space you day like we got to follow the game plan the game plan soon not allow them to shoot a lot of thre get going from three-point line which they didn’t they had like eight but uh they definitely had scorers in

The paint jaet said that in the third quarter he tried to take you out that he thought you know maybe it was time for you to call it a night and not go out but he said the trainer said you were good to go and you said that you wanted

To keep playing I’m just curious for you what kind of led to your decision to want to keep playing want to stay in the game yeah just uh experience you know making mistakes make good plays you know playing through are good or bad you know just being able

To you know absorve as much as you can you know because I didn’t they you’re going to Pace adversity moving forward like things not going to be always easy so it’s easy to say I’m not going to play and I’m just going to sit but um I

Think it’s the hardest to play through pain and uh keep on going for your not just uh to try to win but for your also your self because um I think this going to help me in in the long run um what’s the balance there with this injury be

Hest cuz I know last time we talked about it you had said you know you don’t want to mess with kind of soft tissue stuff hamstring so kind of what’s the the the line you’re trying to manage here I guess when you’re you don’t want to go too far you know what I

Mean um what is what is going to far I know that’s uh wor maybe you can’t play you know where you play uh if if I cannot play I cannot play as that you know there’s nothing you can do about it but um just got to keep on doing keep on

Taking care of my body keep on listening my body keep on um doing what the uh training staff tell me to do at the end of the day like you you have to you have to face adversity you you have to like things not always going to be easy so

I’m good I like it you guys have had some injuries uh but the last last two the way you guys have lost these last two games anything stand out to you as like a theme or that concern you that you guys want to clean up here going for

Um kind of spacing spacing spacing n and a half it’s got to be better spacing got to be better uh got to be able to play Within the flow of the dolphin better um you know too much too much um too much R uh Randomness you know uh

I didn’t know I feel like both games we had a lot of open threes a lot of good looks did not fall not go our way but um just keep on improving our spacing keep on improving our flow of our offense keep on um guarding better and um just

Within the flow the offense which everybody’s Alig what you what we trying to do I feel like sometimes two or three guys are in the same page two other two are not on the same page we have to get everybody on the same page you know okay

Has the ball what what what are we doing Yan is coming setting one he’s rolling then after that D doesn’t have nothing what are we doing we just going to stand around no okay boom kick it to Malik Malik comes I set one he he doesn’t roll

He pops you swing it then I come back boom Arrow broke pops you know like we have to have more um more how can I say the we have to be more assertive when we are playing when we are on offense and we have to play play with more

Aggressiveness and have more um Direction like like know what we’re trying to Target not direct from the coach like between the Five Guys that they’re on the floor being on the same page without having traditional ball handlers or usual ball handlers Like Pat Bev Dame Chris how does that does that

Affect that that Randomness um for sure yeah it does it’s um like we’ve played 70 games what 70 Dame have the ball now you know Dave is not here so it’s it’s hard you know what I’m saying like it’s not hard because he not playing it’s

Hard because like we were used to him having the ball him making the the decision him coming over the picking rolls like you know becomes hard now you put more pressure to Pat you put more pressure on me you put more pressure on whoever brought the ball tat Tai you know do you

Think that was uh so doc has talked about improving the half court offense after makes few times yes do you think what you just explained there could help half court offense is that is that part of what you’re thinking of that assertiveness and and the five of

You working in that way he’s definitely going to help he’s not going to hurt we have to be better I don’t think we’re as as good um we have to be we have to be better there are times that we play really well there’s times that we don’t

Um but at the end of the day again you you take like when I go back home we had open shots like AJ had one Malik had one BP had one like we had open shots we just did not make them Pat I think had

One I had two you know you just got you got to make shots you know if you don’t make shots no matter what we say no matter what uh play or uh set we run if you don’t make the shot it’s doesn’t work
