Jericho Sims is nothing more than an athlete, there is nothing all that special besides his vertical. Precious Achiewa should definitely be kept on the roster beyond next season. He’s the type of flexible positioned player that all teams starve to have on the roster.
Dude thinks we might trade Mitch and might not resign Hartenstine but sure we keep sims ? LMAO And he thinks Precious is a center at 6’8” Not a power forward , he only played center because Mitch has been out ! And thinks Thibs gets fired and not for fill his contract Ridiculous with the job he has done
I can't imagine the Knicks not extending Thib's. In my opinion he is one of the top five coaches in the league right up there with Spoelstra of the Miami Heat. He has done a phenomenal job of coaching by keeping the knicks in the top 4 playoff positions all year, despite losing the entire starting front line, for most of the season. It's clear he gets the most out of the players on the roster.
The Knicks game plan for the off-season should be to continue to build a complete team around Brunson. Jalen Brunson is a top 10-15 player in the NBA right now on a team that lacks size. They should go hard after another wing like Mikal Bridges, Herb Jones, Lauri Markkanen, Johnathan Issac etc. Also if the Knicks I would look for another playmaker off the bench. If a Superstar caliber player comes available that fits The Knicks should consider it but, that shouldn't be their goal. The Knicks goal should be building a complete team around Brunson that has good defenders, size and, shooting. I believe if they do that the Knicks can take another step.
I’m glad you mentioned how Thibs’s assistant is also Brunson’s father, people don’t consider that detail enough. Letting them go could be a massive blow to the team chemistry.
Keep Tom as a coach why should we change the coach if had unhealthy team with the players not fair for tom
