I really was out on this guy after he went scorched earth after the KP pick. When #6 immediately looked like a player, he actually says on air “Yeah Phil picked a decent player, but anyone could do that…” and I stopped listening and started thinking: wait what?
Like basic math says he’s wrong as the Knicks weren’t picking first in 2015. That statement pretty much sums SAS up as a commentator: loud, uninformed, and highly theatrical. I take his conclusions as comical satire.
