I would venture to say he should be the MVP as it stands. Team record should count for something, but not near as much as everyone has made it out to be this year. I don’t understand why Westbrook and Jokic were able to win MVPs as low seeds, but it has been disallowed in the “narrative” all year for Luka. Just doesn’t seem to follow any precedent this year, which is a bummer, because how realistic is it that Luka will ever top this years stats. They are legendary.
