Shawn Bradley was 7'6" and averaged 2.5 blocks for his career. Yao Ming was 7'6" and never averaged more than 2 blocks in his career. Boban Marjonovic is 7'4" and has never averaged more than 0.5 blocks in a season. The narrative that "well he's 7'4", he SHOULD have that many blocks" really dismisses how quick and instinctive Wemby is because most bigs in the past are flat footed. Plus, he does that while only averaging 2.2 personal fouls per game. AND as a rookie? Shaq needs to grow up and stop hating.
