When Franz isn’t playing we should be going Paolo and 4 out. Playing Fultz just allows teams to easily double him.
Line up of Paolo, Suggs, Harris, ingles or JI (who can knock down the occasional three but is a bull dog on defense ) and Carter would do a ton of damage to start the game imo
