@Los Angeles Lakers

If the Lakers get eliminated next week, here is why: During the 3-10 stretch after the IST win, Darvin Ham played Reddish/Prince a staggering 59.2 minutes per game. This season in 2609 possessions with Reddish/Prince off the floor, the Lakers have a +9.3 Net rating per CTG.

    Stop giving Cam Reddish minutes just cause he is allegedly good at defense. It is not transformative enough to be a goose egg on offense

    Max Christie development going down the drain cause of our dumbass coach.

  3. Lionsault83

    Of course he’ll let his sweethearts play more..

    Well, that’s a recipe for disaster! Playing Reddish/Prince that many minutes is like asking for trouble. The Lakers need to rethink their strategy if they want to stay in the game.

    If he’s not going to fire Ham this off-season, Rob needs to show EXTREME caution before signing any players that have any history with Ham.

    Honestly, I’m not sure if they are going to fire ham after the season, but if they don’t, there needs to be an edict from the front office to not bring fringe players with a connection to ham. He can’t be trusted with players with a connection to him. It’s so absurd. I get it, you guys are cool but this a team that’s with title hopes

    If it wasn’t for Hams egregious coaching decisions we are a 50 win team and getting ready for a nice rest before our first round series with home court advantage.

    He played his best players. Check the stats. Why would he play the others when they were trash? What would the rationale have been to sit your best shooter at the time (Prince shooting 42.4% from three) in favor of someone like Rui who couldn’t make a shot at 30%? Rui had to earn his spot. Rui had to shoot better in order to play more. If Rui kept shooting 30% from three he still wouldn’t be starting.

    You are failing to appreciate that the team sucked at that time because the players sucked. Prince was by far their best shooter at 42.4% so playing him was a no brainer, but no one else was shooting better than 37.8%. Most of the team was shooting 36% or worse which is below league average and there is not much Ham could’ve done to change that.

    Rob Pelinka has gotta go too for hiring him.

    Even if you look at NBASDB, you know that the scoring ability of bench players is low compared to other teams, but it’s really low

    Ham, if he had GM powers, would be the type of GM to know these Stats yet STILL offer Reddish a Max-Extension ‼️

  12. GryphonHall

    He was barely playable for his whole career. He didn’t suddenly get any better.

    Cam SUCKS! He can’t even make lay ups that other nba players make in their sleep! Yesterday he drove by cp3 wide open lane for a lay up or dunk and he lost the ball out of bounds, this was after missing a lay up badly a few poss previously. he’s a BUST.

  14. 2 guys who can get you 15-20 points a night got their minutes reduced for a guy nobody league wanted on a one year deal and a guy who would be out the league if the Lakers didn’t sign him.
