Gil has a point but great leaders have an aura about them. You know it the way they carry themselves, talk to the media, post-game interviews plus KD has LITERALLY said he’s not a leader! 😂 Tim Duncan was pretty quiet af on the court as far as antics but we all knew he was an EXCEPTIONAL LEADER.. Also like any profession you measure leadership on RESULTS. Even if you start from the bottom a great leader can turn things around and it’s proven through MEASURABLE results . Phoenix was built around 3 max players they are underachieving like a mf. When you have potential and you underachieve it’s the LEADERSHIP they point to first.

I'm a KD fan and Chuck is right in a semse.. this has nothing with beals injury.. I've watched 98% of the Suns games and they at times more than not they don't come ready to play or give effort. I've also seen moments where they play extremely hard.
