In the bewildering theater of basketball, Darvin “Hands-in-Pockets” Ham stands as a testament to the absurdity that pervades our beloved sport. With each tense moment, each critical juncture where adjustments are demanded, Ham’s hands remain steadfastly ensconced within his pockets, as though he were merely a spectator to the chaos unfolding before him. One cannot help but wonder if his pockets contain the secrets to unlocking victory, or if they merely serve as a refuge from the daunting task of coaching.
Dubbed by some as “DarBin Laden Hamas” for his seemingly malicious intent to wreak havoc upon the court, Ham’s coaching methodology defies all semblance of reason. His refusal to make necessary adjustments, his obstinate adherence to flawed strategies, serve only to exacerbate the plight of the Lakers and incite the ire of fans worldwide. It is a tragicomedy of epic proportions, with Ham cast as the unwitting protagonist in a farce of his own making.
As the Lakers flounder in the face of adversity, with Ham’s hands firmly planted in his pockets, one cannot help but question the depths of his folly. Is he merely a puppet, dancing to the tune of his own ineptitude, or is there a method to his madness that eludes our mortal comprehension? Whatever the case may be, one thing is certain: until Darvin Ham relinquishes his grasp on the pockets of destiny, the Lakers shall remain mired in the quagmire of despair, doomed to repeat the same mistakes ad infinitum.

Two best scenarios
1. Warriors and kings lose tomorrow and finish last 2 games while we win out and get the 8 seed 2. Lakers win out, if GSW wins out, we get Sac in the play in assuming they lose tomorrow. Beat them then play winner of PHX/GSW for the 8 seed

what does it mean?

Prolly 50/50 for a warriors or kings loss tomorrow. So 25% both lose, 50% either lose, or 25% both win = 25% 8th, 50% 9th, and 25% 10th, assuming we win out and everyone else wins out tho our schedule is a bit harder than warriors/kings. Assuming the pelicans/lakers game is also 50/50, then it’s 12.5% 8th, 25% 9th, 67.5% 10th assuming everyone wins their easy games.
Miserable-Lawyer-233
Blame DLo. He didn’t show up in the last two losses.
Tangentkoala
If I’m phoneix I’d just rest everyone.
Why the hell would I wanna play lakers or warriors in the 7th and 8th spot
DG_Now
Dumbass coach.
GreatPossible263
idec no mo this team is ass and ain’t doing shit with ham coaching
EpicMusic13
Wow GSW won 3 staight? Fuck em what the fuck
The_Magic_Mamba
Guys this is actually not that bad for us.
1. Assume Lakers beat Memphis
2. Pelicans have to beat GSW. If they win, they clinch the 6 seed no matter what happens vs LA
3. Suns beat Kings (Fox turned his ankle tonight). Win secures at worst the 7 seed for them.
4. Pelicans rest guys in final game to prep for playoffs. Maybe play a half to get reps with BI coming back. Should be an easy Lakers win.
5. GSW and Kings games don’t matter anymore
6. Lakers vs Suns in the 7/8 game in Phoenix
Everything hinges on the Pelicans game. If they lose then we need a miracle in Utah lol

That’s what happens when we play with our food at the start of the season.
Poor coaching and execution. To some extent, we also have a series of bad luck in terms of health.

Lakers did it to themselves. Playing catch up all season.

What happens when your coach wants to be the hammer and start his mid ass “3 and D” guy and prop up a less than mid ass college player to “prove something”. Fuck Ham.
Consistent_Owl4593
Crazy to think how content our Owner is with this, “Ham is doing great” won’t fire him because she’s cheap and okay with being a loser. What happened to this franchise we use to care about winning
Turbulent_Dot355
Couple months ago I began to wonder if Ham intentionally refused to use the correct starters, so that other teams couldn’t build their defense around us like what happened last playoffs. Do we remember Lebron in the 5 last year? Other teams didn’t know how to defend Lonnie Walker IV allowing him to have his moment.
Maybe Ham is playing 3D chess?
I think I am sorely mistaken.

The lakers had this coming when they rested lebron vs minnesota (im not buying the illness excuse) that was not the first time they rested a star on a back to back especially against a tougher opponent. Still can make the playoffs but possibly facing denver in the 1st round is no good either.

Best case scenario we make it to the play ins/play offs but what about the big ass elephant in the locker room. We still have Hamas as coach. Not winning shit with him here
teamscufff
If bron and ad played thru illness or headache at worst we split our last 2 games, and are not in this position pathetic Kobe would never sit out games that meant this much

hope you guys didn’t get too emotionally invested

At least get 9th seed.
