It’s crazy to think the Lakers are in 10th this year when they would’ve been the 4th seed last year.
Zero bias but winning the in season tournament should have a tie breaker considering we’ve literally won more games. The in season tournament games are part of the regular season but that final game is an extra one (our overall record is technically 46-35 when you include it).
Pelicans have to play and beat the Warriors and Lakers just to not play them again in the play in. Wild

LA gets 8th if sac goes 1-1, warriors go 1-1, la goes 2-0
sac gets 7th if sac goes 2-0, suns go 0-2
Warriors get 8th if sac goes 1-1, warriors go 2-0
I think the Lakers getting that 8th. kings are on a b2b and the Suns kinda still have a chance for 6th so I assume they play everyone. I like how the Pels match up against the Warriors and are guaranteed the 6th spot if they beat the Warriors. also just don’t have faith in the Warriors winning 5 straight to end the season. I like how the Lakers played the pelicans previously and all they gotta do is beat the grizzles.

i would be begging for that lakers matchup if i were the kings, they put the whooping on them all season long.
The Warriors are going deep into the playoff if the core 8 stay healthy. Their late season success was built on distributing the scoring load and top class defense and rebounding. A much healthier formula than just let Curry shootathon every game.
Am I trippin? I thought lakers were going to finish with 83 games because of the IST? Or did that game not get added to their win-loss?
