Bickerstaff used to be okay at motivating. Now he and his high school level dawg chain can't even do that when players know he's dead man walkin as coach.
They’re done! The Cleveland Cavaliers will be bounced out of the playoffs in the first round again. They haven’t had a consistent winning streak all season and they certainly don’t play or look like a championship caliber team. I think it’s time for a new voice in the locker room, regarding the head coach. And a decision must be made about Donovan Mitchell, who I believe is part of the problem as to why this team is struggling. Them wanting to build around him and his teammates wanting to embrace him and seek his leadership, seemingly isn’t enough for him to sign an extension. I say, trade him for as many first round draft picks you can get and bring in a new head coach, other than Doc Rivers. I’d like to see, former Golden State Warriors, head coach, Mark Jackson come in a get an opportunity to unite this team and lead them to the NBA playoffs and Finals.
The defense completely falling about is the biggest issue along with JB's terrible rotations. We need a modern era coach that plays all of the talent on the bench and doesn't run the starters into the ground.
As much as Fedor annoys me he made a good point other day: 76’s didnt get criticized when Embiid was out the way we did with Mitchell out. I think ive been a little too harsh on them
