Well, Seeds probably don’t matter when you have multiple collapse like that every game and can’t keep any lead.
You’d think after a full season of these fake Comebacks I’ll be used to it, nope each is more annoying than the previous one lmao
It was an unlikely win going in, but damn. That fucking 2nd quarter. The Pels better fucking beat the Lakers on Sunday.
Two big reasons we lost besides the Pelicans raining in tough threes:
1. No GPII gave CJ more space to operate, which led to him getting in rhythm and hitting a bunch of tough threes
2. We had no counter for Zion blitzing, which to be fair, i cant imagine anyone expecting considering how much hes played drop this year and how risky that strategy is, but it worked out and forced a bunch of TOs that led to easy bucket for the Pelicans
Now we know how the lakers felt on Tuesday
Unlucky that the pels decide to go nuclear from 3
Steph had great shooting but the turnovers were the nail in the coffin tonight
Anyone else just laugh when a player like CJ talks shit like that? Dude is way too mid to think he can talk like that lmao
9 TOs in a quarter in a must win game? Not going to be good 99% of the time. But Steph and the team gave it a good fight at the end. Let’s go fuck the Lakers
On the bright side, for some reason we play better on the road than at home. Having a pair of play-in games on the road wouldn’t be the worst thing.
Near impossible to win when the opponent goes 20/38 from 3
If this was on the road we prob would’ve won
If only we didn’t blow like 6 games earlier in the year
Podz -25 😳😳😳 needed GP2 tonight 😭😭😭
such a wise decision by kerr to bench tjd at the end, obviously a vet like him needs rest so he doesnt get injured. 🙄
Kerr is the worst at challenging.
Do we not have any sensible assistant coaches or staff sitting beside him with common sense.
I dont understand that last shot from Curry. Ignoring that it was a tough shot, even if he made that, the Pels would have the last shot with 9 sec to go
I fell for the fake comeback…again
TJD was team high +12 and podz was team low -25 but guess who played more minutes
This one is on Steph. If you deny it, you didn’t watch the game.
CP3 was virtually non-existent in the last 7 minutes of the last quarter. No reason to play him when TJD was owning the glass. Dray + TJD meant basically every miss they had was ours. Why does Kerr make it so hard on the Warriors?
I’m CP3 fan but what’s the point to play CP with Curry iso for the last 6mins? And why don’t keep playing moody and TJD. We got bullied by Zion for the whole game.
And can Curry, Dray and wiggins take good care of the ball? I guess they make avg 10 TOs per game for this season.
Kerr has made so many stupid coaching decisions this year that have cost us.
Kerr is so braindead. Took out Moody when he was cooking. Took out TJD when he was altering shots in the paint. When we cut the lead to 5 with those players, Kerr takes them out and we go down 13. What a joke.
difference in this game is the star player had as many turnovers himself as the entire pelicans team
Steve Kerr straight up dumbass this game.
I’m not a Kerr hater, but this one was entirely on him.
Straight dumbass.
This one is on curry. I dont care how many threes he made in the final minutes because all of that were fake comeback. It was down 3 when curry checked in and he made it to 11 points deficit with his stupid consecutive turnovers. This one is on curry
Why did Trace not play in the 2nd quarter?
