I agree with you on the point guard matter but centers Kelly and Jakob imo not going to get us another championship. I am in favor "if" Zack gets pick and that is a big help for Jakob. Maybe also keep Malik around.

im shocked 54% said centre. we definitely need a back up PG bad. and we don’t have much guard depth. Jak does his job, hes a solid big. he’s only 28 too. id say its way more important to get a backup PG and guards.
The new center position assists, dribbles up the court and shoots 3's. More like a point center is the new position. The game has changed no more post only centers. Or point guards that only pass and are team leaders.

I get the need of a center, being one that fits the Scottie timeline . I think they should draft Donaven Clingin, then trade Jak in the off-season for a backup PG like Tyus Jones . The other corse of action would be drafting Cody William with that 6 pick to be the starting 3 and use the Pacers pick to get a older PG that’s ready to play right away
What you are not putting into consideration is that Scottie will be taking most of the point guard minutes once healthy, so do you really need a solid pg that won't get that much control ?
And yeah the poll is right, the center position is the most important. Kelly is more a 4 than a 5, it is basically as if we have just 1 center(Jakob) and once he is out, we usually become so hollow.
Raptors should trade Portal and get some draft picks or trade him for a point guard. Draft Edey he got higher upside than Portal especially offense and Raptors need someone big enough to deal with a certain Spurs rookie otherwise we will get destroyed in the future when we play them. If we run offense where we force the opposition to double Edey because he is killing them inside. Then Edey should be able to kick it out to whoever is open. He won't probably be able to play huge amount of time but with Olink as backup we will be able to play different styles. Edey is just unstoppable inside the paint and bigger and stronger than most nba players. Also like I said right now we don't have any one with height to guard Wemby , Edey is same height as Wemby but much heavier which will force Wemby to only be effective as a outside player which better than nothing. Because otherwise he will destroy us both inside and outside. Also if Wemby has to guard Edey, Edey's size will wear out Wemby tiring him and making a lot less effective. There isn't a great enough guard in this draft that I would risk passing on Edey . I would also hirer Gasol to teach Edey how to move and be in the right spots on defense. Also Edey is big enough Joel Emib will have trouble with him.
Personally I’m happy with our centers. Could we draft a third center? Yes we should. But for me the biggest need is size on the wing!
