Not only Ham, Rob needs to go to. You already know the West runs through the Nuggets as they are the best team in the west and the likelihood you will need to beat them to go to the finals is high. Yet your team isn’t actually built to deal with the nuggets.

The Lakers wouldn’t be an 8th seed if Ham didnt take half the season to figure out his starting line up & playing Reddish & his 4/5pts a game 30 mins a night. Ham is a goofball & has to go. Are they better than Denver no obviously, the play in was avoidable this year though.
Front office has to answer the Center question. Since the Lakers won in 2020 they seem intent on not doing what made that team successful. AD playing Center primarily doesn’t work. Tim Duncan played PF to exploit match ups for a decade & a half.

I don’t think Red Auerbach or Phil Jackson would help us beat Denver. He definitely needs to be fired but Dlo, Rui and Reeves need to get shipped out too. Lebron should consider taking less money if he wants to contend anymore in LA.
