  1. Minnesota can absolutely compete with Den based solely on defense.that can basically play 1v1, switch every thing, and live with the results. Because Den starts 5 players that you can’t leave open to send double teams. But Denver’s crunch time offense has been a problem for everyone to slow down

  2. Against the Grizzlies, McDaniels was out but, Naz Reid was out with injury. Both of them are big factors in this series

  3. How tf was Malik Monk even close!? 15 ppg on 44% 35% shooting with subpar defense isn’t close to NAZ. And people were saying Monk should’ve won it, idiots!

  4. Nobody can't really stop KD from getting his shot off. All you can try to do is make him take shots from difficult angles or without getting his feet set. McDaniels can make KD less efficient than normal. McDaniels is one of the premier defenders in the Association, and this year has been the primary defender against point guards, shooting guards, and forwards, depending on the need.

  5. They will likely not win this year but will definitely hang with the Nuggets. A team with a true dog of a #1 option, a league-leading defense, a very lengthy and star-studded starting five, the 6MOY, and a well-rounded roster certainly has a chance to beat everyone, including the reigning champs.

  6. Playoff Experience will hinder the Wolves to outshine the Nuggets. It will be a good matchup though, 4-2 in favor of Denver.

  7. I was telling my friends at the beginning of the season that the Timberwolves are gonna be a problem but they have exceeded my expectations

  8. Let's go to the finals WOLVES, y'all got this!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤NO DOUBT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉😉😉😉

  9. Not gonna lie, the way Minnesota is playing, the complete team game and ability to adjust the pieces on the fly almost seamlessly makes them the best playoff team right now. Add in the fact they are shutting down the Suns and making them look completely out matched, mark my words. Minnesota and Boston finals and I am taking Minnesota in 6

  10. Absolutely, but your question is ridiculously presumptive by incorporating the phrase "seven game series". Whose to assume that forthcoming series will go seven games, or even six games….Wolves over Denver in five! I hope that accurately communicates an acceptable answer to an unacceptably flawed question. 😉

  11. It's always been watching the Gobert vs Jokic matchup and with a healthy team this year, I think the have a chance of beating Denver.

  12. the Utah Rudy scouting reports are no longer relevant. Any team game planning to play Rudy off the floor like the Utah days are making a big mistake.

  13. Jaden has been up and down offensively his whole career but his defense has always been lockdown. Add in Nickiel Alexander-Walker who's only two years older and has a calmer head getting less foul trouble. NAW was basically a freebie in the D-Lo/Conley jr trade last year is probably the biggest steal in Wolves history. If this team keeps clicking and locks in offensively they can easily take Denver or Boston to 6-7 games. Experience in the playoffs is key. It's Edwards third straight but McDaniels and Naz were both hurt last year against Denver. They ready to show out

  14. I don’t think anyone in the league can slow down Jokic. Minnesota may not slow him down, but they can sure make life miserable for Murray, Porter, Gordon, and KCP. I think the defensive plan is to let Joker handle the ball and force him to shoot over 7 footers consistently. Just pray he tires out 😂

  15. The wolves won one game against Denver last year, Suns won 2. The Wolves factually did not give the Nuggets their toughest series last year.

  16. Denver said themselves that the shorthanded wolves were their toughest matchup during their title run. So yeah healthy Minnesota can probably hold their own against Denver in a playoff series
