barkley sounds idiotic as usual, you cant get your team mate going as a great player, you cant shoot the ball for them if they keep bricking shots, instead of shooting jumpshots those players should try floaters or try to get to the free throw line just to see the ball go in the hoop, and then go from there, that would be the best way to go.
