Wembanyama stole my body, I want it back. No body knows about body theft like they know about identity theft, but it’s a true phenomenon. I feel lost, dejected and hopeless. I need a strategy. Open to external ideas.
Moral of the story the spurs would’ve had a way better record if wemby and tre were in the position from the beginning

People say that Pop was being stubborn and acquiesced to fan outrage when really it was just that Pop was running experiments all year. They were not going to win a chip this year no matter how optimally they played so Pop took this whole year to find out exactly what he's got and what they need going forward. In the last few games of the year, they played their optimal lineups and won games against the Suns, Knicks, Pelicans, and Nuggets. They needed to figure shit out and once they did, they began to show what they'll be capable of next year.
