  1. All timer 1st round series. Don’t care if it didn’t go 7

  2. NotManyBuses

Amazing series. We can only hope the rest of the playoffs can live up to this level of drama and hype

  3. gobirds18_

Really comes down to the hustle plays and rebounding from the Knicks in these super close games

  4. CHRIRSTIANGREY

that was top tier basketball right there. what a series

  5. CheekyFifaCunt_7

Would’ve went to game 7 had Tobias scored a few points

  6. HokageEzio

Let’s agree to another 35 year hiatus on this one.

  7. Solid-Confidence-966

The Sixers could’ve lost the series with a positive point differential 😭

  8. HustleWilson

Insane stat. Each game was one where you could feel the weight of every possession. It seemed impossible to get ahead by more than 2 possessions during the 4th quarter of each game.

  9. KRacer52

I want to know if there’s ever been a series that ended in 5 where the losing team outscored the winning team.

  10. Nobodylovesboston

The Hustle plays won this series for the Knicks, got to respect that. They play with heart. gg’s

  11. This whole series was drunk.

I also one thousand percent thought the Knicks would choke on the free throws again after they intentionally fouled.

  12. This was definitely the best first round series this year no doubt.

  13. hyborians

That was a dogfight and slugfest. Exciting series with no blowouts

  14. confuddly

It really came down to the tiniest details in this series, the extra burst of hustle for a rebound, clock management in late fourth quarters, etc.

I think the Knicks executed better but it could’ve genuinely gone either way in any of these 6 games

  15. sterlingsalmini

Legitimately the best series I’ve ever watched. Didn’t think it would get any crazier after Game 2… Then Game 5! And it comes down to the wire to end it

  16. PrinceKarmaa

but paul reed wanted the knicks because it was a easy matchup lmaooo

  17. KuntaWuKnicks

This fuckin team is the reason I’m going grey

  18. Balducci30

There wasn’t a single game this series that I wasn’t on the verge of a heart attack the entire fucking time

  19. EwingsRevenge21

I’m no mathematician but I don’t think it gets much closer than that 😂

  20. husbandofsamus

That’s one point Tobias could have scored tonight.

  21. Josh hart played his ass off , can’t even be mad

  22. branstarktreewizard

Tobias Harris could have won the whole series if he have two okay game

  23. WorldWideLem

This series deserved a game 7, though I’m not complaining lol. Neither team would go away.

  24. Patient-Ring1620

Knicks won the series because of offensive rebounding

  25. indieindian

That’s not a good metric for how close a series is. Could be blowouts in both directions and end up tied in the aggregate score

  26. Fuckmetheyarelltaken

And one game was thrown by the refs… I don’t really care though, Embiid wasn’t gonna make it through another series anyway. Give em hell Knicks.

  27. Street-Common-4023

All time man my god most entertaining first series in a while

  28. Major_Hair164

Kinda misleading stat since you can have massive blowouts going both ways and then summing them up will negate each other leading to a very small point differential.

  29. theEmoPenguin

so you’re telling me that if Tobias Harris scored 2 points in the last game, Sixers would have won?

  30. the_godfaubel

Sixers choked two games in the 4th so makes sense

  31. Cool except that’s not how wins/losses work lol. These net stats are so ridiculous sometimes. Literally doesn’t matter if you win by 1 or 100.

  32. jawntothefuture

amazing series. shout out to the knicks for wanting it more…their grit and grind was the x factor (GTFOH TOBI LMFAO)

  33. Alexcox95

You scored the most points, congratulations

  34. Hard for a six game series to be close but I guess this was close.

  35. HipnotiK1

would be cool if they matchup again next year – maybe in the 2nd round – with both teams being closer to fully healthy. so much movement in the NBA who knows how the rosters will look – knicks could make a big trade in the offseason and philly could make a big signing. but the thought of them running it back with Embiid being healthy and Knicks having Randle sounds fun.

  36. It’s almost like if Tobias did anything at all, we’d have won game 6. And I mean anything.

  37. BugO_OEyes

Game 7 in maddie would of been psycho crazy electrical energy lol sucks it didn’t happen. Big up to knicks they played great

  38. Jhon_doe_smokes

It was a great series. Idc what anybody says but embiid is a fucking problem that guy is talented.

  39. WinesburgOhio

Bulls beat Suns 4-2 in 1993 Finals, and it was an even point differential for the series.

  40. Horror_Barracuda_838

Which series has the highest net negative point differential for the winning team? Most likely a 7 game series where the winning team won close games and lost by large margins?
