The truth of the matter is, Brad Beal is a solid player but they needed a PG. instead, they took on his horrific salary and are without a shot blocker and a PG. That has nothing to do with the KD trade. The Suns are poorly constructed. Also, Brooklyn sucks too

The KD trade was fine, the Bradley Beal trade was just straight up horrible. They could've at least tried to get better pieces to surround Booker and Durant, a playmaker or a defensive anchor would've been great. Instead they went to get even more offense and worse defense. An offense can only get so good because of diminishing returns. Besides, Offense wins games but Defense wins championships.
I remember I got ridiculed for saying the Beal trade was awful. “How could it be bad, they got a super star!”. They majorly loss playmaking, and Beal is a net negative at everything other than shot creation. You want to know what the suns were good at before the trade? Shot creation. That’s literally it, they were awful at everything but that. So what’d they do? Bring in a guy who is only good at shot creation lol
