Lakers made the best move with ham because I don't believe I'm not an insider, but I felt like some of the optics there was. The players weren't respecting him. His word wasn't carrying any weight and if you lose a team you can't be a successful coach. Did he deserve or not deserve? That's a different conversation, but when players have a bigger voice than the coach of course the front office has a bigger voice then the why would the coach want to be there

The Lakers should hire a euroleague coach that will make James, Davis and Russel accountable, and develop Hachimura and Reaves. Someone like Laso, or maybe Ataman, or the grec coach i can't remember the name of. He will roast players like the Nuggets coach does, but also, he will draw plays other tahn pick and rolls.
