I have to admit, when it comes to overlooked players we do not talk about this guy enough. Short, not athletic, couldn’t shoot until recent years, 32 years old and still getting pivotal minutes in the playoffs. He’s such a hard worker and I am here for it. Shows his value every night

Uh, I don’t get the not athletic narrative. This guy is uber athletic, otherwise he wouldn’t be doing the things he’s doing.
I’ll push back a bit on the not athletic part. He’s not cooking guys off the dribble with pure scrappiness. Dude has ridiculous short area quickness.
Agree on other comments–TJ McConnell is definitely very athletic–he’s fast, super quick, and has an incredible motor. I can’t comment on his vertical jump, I don’t know that, but there’s a lot more to athletic than jumping.
This dude is an athlete. That is literally the main reason he’s in the NBA. I bet he’s casually good at a bunch of other sports too. Even compared to everyone else in the NBA he’s athletic. You’re telling me he’s less athletic than say Darren Collison or George Hill, when we had them? Ridiculous.
