Maybe don’t make a big 3 of players that are absolute garbage next to each other. Also if a player who is injury prone ask for a no trade clause, laugh in their face and leave the meeting room and then probably just start blasting them on social media or something. I can guarantee you won’t get as laughed at as much compared to if you actually sign someone with a no trade clause.

the nba has an ego problem. Coaches in europe yell and say whatever tf they want to their players but if you do that in the nba the players feel some type of way. Coaches in the nba have no control of their players or the locker room. kd choose nash because him and kay didn’t “need a coach” (quote from kd and kay from interview). they choose nash so they would have had more control. I think Vogel is much better as an assistant coach. But he ain't why the Suns can't compete they got an ownership problem. Dude things big name players equate to playoff wins. That is just part of the recipe and when you look at the T-Wolves and Knicks who first brought in talent then built a bench and in the second year found some success. Even if this PHX roster was going to shoot and defend well enough to make some noise in the West you can't expect that to happen with a group that hasn't really played together much so cool fire the coach and see if you can cheat code the process. I take the UNDER lol
The problem is the management decision. Trade Durant and Booker. Beal not trade clause just finish the contract and get and develop young players.
With so many players taking time away for “load management” how much time do they actually play together to build chemistry?
We all know Beal is only considered a star because of his salary, beyond that, he's just a glorified scorer who can't do anything else.

Hell no, if I’m a head coach I wouldn’t touch this team or it’s organization. Firing Vogel should show you that they’ll have no loyalty towards the coach especially with 3 divas on the team

Frank Vogel is an above average head coach, but a team has to have options for a coach to work with, to make adjustments with. What real options did Frank have at center, or PF, or PG? He could not go small, he could not go big, he could not throw in more perimeter shooters…
That said, every year there are great players available after being waived or undrafted. The Heat are full of them, Austin Reeves was undrafted, Dante Divincenzo was let go by the Bucks a few years ago, and then last year the Warriors bought a late second round pick for cash and got TJD with it. So a great front office could find guys who could make the Suns at least a gee, maybe they could make a run team, although legit contenders would be a stretch. OKC is just going to get better from here as they get more experience, and use their still huge pile of draft picks. Anthony Edwards is The Man and just 22, and Wemby just needs a top level PG and PF to start making the NBA look like a D II league playing against NBA All-Stars. Then Memphis…had absurd numbers of injuries, it was way beyond Ja, and they get a high draft pick this year…and Dallas is maybe one more piece from being a crazy good team, and Denver…all in their primes the starters, just need to find two or three good bench guys to be close to unstoppable. The West is insane.

As a suns/ rockets fan I don’t blame kd at all but I would admit trading him def ruined out chances on new players and players we already had before we got him…In all honesty I believe we should’ve kept our team cs it was super good….I would say first get rid of our coach which we did and see if we could maybe pick up someone for Beal not offense but we need a true PG
