If the Los Angeles Lakers do not hire Mark Jackson, JJ Redick, or a person with that level of IQ then LeBron needs to leave and go to a team with a top four lottery pick in the upcoming draft as long as they agreed to draft his son with that pick. Moves like that would cause veterans to go to that team on a minimum contract just to be able to play alongside LeBron James and compete for a championship . After seeing how Pelinka has treated Magic Johnson, Rondo, Dwight Howard, Carmelo Anthony, and so many other vets, many of them want to play with LeBron, but they just don’t trust Rob.
