    About JJ Reddick, it should be mentioned that his profile matches Pat Riley pretty closely and the role of Jeannie and Rambis in decision. Also, Phil didn’t have much experience before becoming HC at Chicago but was wanted by MJ. I think it will be JJ if he wants it.

He's a Rookie coach so if they Get him they shoukd of stuck with Darvin Ham these in experience coaches. However it wouldn't of been Kobe because you know why he is a actual winning cus he woukd of went in that office and tell him to bring in Phil or Mark Jackson period now that Kob has been Gone we are a laughing stock and Jeanie Bus is aluaghing stock ad well THEY need to Go after Mark Jackson the coach that will tell Lebron it's ur fault and will hold him accountable however Lebrin wants to do it his way that's why he left Miami heat cus they took control held him and accountable and told him this is the coach we are sticking by so why can't LA do that cus they afraid of Lebron.     I am constant saying, IRL, "there's no substitute for experience," & I spent all of this past season calling Darvin a "2nd year rookie head coach." Despite that, I am ALL IN on JJ Redick!

    I'd rather have one of the big assistant names than JJ. I know, I know, Darvin didn't work out but literally none of us could foresee him being someone who would refuse to call timeouts and just be so slow at figuring something out. I'd also trade the pick, there's not gonna be any gamebreakers this year so move on if you find a trade partner that makes sense.
