Hiring and firing coaches isn’t gonna justify that horrible roster pure stupidity by the Lakers organization.

We all said the same about Steve Kerr when his first coaching experience was with the Warriors and now we think he’s one of the greatest coaches of all time.
Coaching is an IQ position. I believe JJ understands the game like no other and would know how to maximize the talent on the Lakers squad.

The Lakers next year will have two coaches and four players standing still on offense and only 4 playing defense. The player that is also the coach will just manage the referees.
Never give control of your team to one player, I don't care how good he is.
