Off the top, Sean digs into why, considering the circumstanes, a fall to no. 8 was among the very best possible outcomes for the Raptors on lottery day, and why wiping the slate clean and moving forward with all of the team’s picks in the Raptors’ control is a small price to pay for a trade for Poeltl that was situationally misguided, but ultimately ends up being totally fine as a value proposition considering the overall weakness of the 2024 class of prospects.
