Even if we look at this strictly from an on-court fit perspective, this would make absolutely no sense. Murray’s simply not a very good off-ball player (this is why the fit between him and Trae hasn’t really worked out), and on the Bucks, that’s what he’d be asked to do most of the time, between Giannis and Dame (not to mention Khris). That’s before accounting for salary concerns, the fact that we likely don’t have the assets to trade for him in the first place, and anything relating to his demeanor.
If we’re trading for anyone, I want a 3&D off-ball wing or a mobile big that can still rim protect, not another player who’s at their best with the ball in their hand.

I wish I knew more about what the Bucks deal to ATL was mid season. Was it a Brook swap? Middleton swap? If it’s either of those I’d say no.
