I hate the way fans started talking. These dudes on Twitter immediately went to āKnicks suckā āBrunson is a fraudā ā1st 2 games were fluke winsā. I think the Knicks punted the game at the beginning of the 2nd Q. The hustle and effort you expect of the Knicks wasnāt there. Both Harts werenāt crashing to the glass after the 1st. The effort to pursue loose balls was nonexistent. Lazy on defensive rotations. Looked like a team that was willing to fight if given a chance but the pacers shot 70 50 90 in the 1st half and were hustling the hardest they have in this series. Just a great game from them. Closed the door on a roster they should beat 10/10 times. I just donāt see this narrative that the Knicks just suck or whatever. Itās lazy and stupid

I don't get the hate. Especially from Bucks fans. Pacers had the Bucks number all season, even with Giannis. Not saying the playoff series would've still went in the Pacers favor, but it wouldn't have been a given for the Bucks to win.
Not exactly sure why, but I'm feeling compelled to remind everyone that Derrick Rose's knee was ruined in game 1 of a 1st round matchup, with a 12 point lead & 1 minute left in the game. Thibs is a terrorist. He'll ship you off to the glue factory as soon as you're no longer useful to play 40 minutes a game.
Knicks fans criticizing Pacers fans/players being happy after a win since "the Pacers are only winning because Brunson is playing injured" is pretty funny seeing how happy these same Knicks fans were after beating a team whose best player was playing on a bum knee and one functioning eye.
