42 inch vertical for Sheppard is much higher than I expected. He didn’t really showcase this vertical at Kentucky though.

He gamed it by making his standing reach shorter which was way worse than it should have been given his wingspan that’s probably 3-4 inches from his actual vertical.

A lot of people clearly didn’t pay attention to Reed’s game saying he’s not athletic. If you have been following college basketball you would’ve know Reed has 40”+ verticals. It explains how he gets all those blocks

Whether it’s legit or not, I noticed he tipped a lot of 3-pointers on defense. Some nice options at no. 3 for the good guys.
