[Cameron Tabatabaie] On Celtics Lab @AmNotEvan told us he thinks there’s a 45-50% chance LeBron comes back to the Cavs That was last week, well before this:
very proud of the way the group played tonight. seeing Bron there was awesome, whether it’s mere posturing or he’s actually considering a return.
if he does decide to come back though hoooh boy. that Cavs team could legit send LeBron out on top.

I think there’s a pretty solid chance he just wants out of LA. That roster construction is pretty fuckced.
Garland, Mitchell, Mobley, LeBron, Strus, Wade, Merrill, Okoro, CPJ, Travers isn’t a bad top 9,
Allen, Levert and maybe Okoro probably get shipped out for Cap purposes, also the reason CPJ and Travers get good minutes.
They add a back up center and good 3&D on vet min contracts.

Is that guy credible?

Lebron is most deadly when paired with a dynamic, scoring guard like Kyrie. That’s Don.
Allen and Mobley protecting the paint allows Lebron cover on those cold February nights when he doesn’t want to play aggressive defense.
And this team actually has some a bunch of three point shooters that you can rotate in.
I don’t see Lebron leaving LA – it feels like he officially “gave up” moving around and chasing better roster situations two years ago when he could have left LA for a better basketball situation and didn’t.

Does feel like the writing is on the walls.
