You guys do this every season and it’s why you all can never find the best prospects at 1. Castle makes no sense on the Pistons. They need shooters in the worst way. What does he bring that Ivey doesn't? I think the Pistons need a guy like Sheppard more. Day 1 he's a better defender and shooter than Ivey. Both of which they need. You give Cade two 40% triple threats (Reed and Fontecchio) with two athletes Duren and Ausar. Ausar started well last year, but they couldn't play him because they had no shooting. If teams can't double Cade because he dishes out to Reed, then he easily becomes a 26-27 PG scorer on improved efficiency.

Pelicans get: Dejounte Murry and Okongwu
Kings get: Brandon Ingram and Larry Nance
Hawks get: Harrison Barnes and Kevin heurter, dillion Mitchell and Dyson Daniels plus 2 first from kings and 1 from pelicans lottery protected.
Hawks start the rebuild, they get more first round picks along with some young talent with some vets that can be flipped down the line. Kings get that 3rd star, he can provide scoring and some defense and with Larry nance a good back up big. The pelicans finally get that guard they want and they can get a starting center as well, thus why they had to give up a first. I believe the salary works but lmk.

Getting screwed like the Pistons again, but still being able to get a LB like Thad Castle at #5 to Loan to the Lions so they can try all over again this year for #1 is honestly a dream scenario for the City.
