Honestly having a coach the FO respects and has his own strong voice is huge, feels like they reluctantly hired Vogel last year and had lost trust in Monty before that.
If Bud can establish an identity that the FO believes in and invests in that should make a good difference, compared to before it seemed like they were pulling in separate directions.
