Having a young core of him, Topic and Bilal develop together for a couple of years would just be so fun to watch. If we could trade Kuz to also get a top 10 center from the draft, we might actually have a foundation for a team!

If they lose all 82 games they still only get 14% chance at #1. Even this year we were lucky to hold at #2 (there was a 72.5% chance we move down to 3-6).

Serious question, can Flagg shoot 3s? My limited understanding is he’s some sorta weird throwback type player who’s a bit limited for this new shooting era, perhaps Blake griffin is a good comp?
Here’s my hottest take: I don’t know if it was physical, but Cooper Flagg and Brad Beal 100% got into an altercation.
I know, I know. You’re going to say that Flagg denied it. Go back and watch that clip — I know a prep school kid being fake when I see one. I think the kid was diffusing the situation because it was in his best interest.
I know that Beal LOVES yelling and cursing at children. It’s one of his passions. Flagg might be a once a decade level college hoops villain, and he talks a lot on the court.

Even if we don’t get Flagg there are a few really good prospects next year and in 2026. Exciting times to be a Wizards fan, I dare say.
Let’s see how this next season for him at Duke goes. Not sure who watched the McDonalds All-American game but he wasn’t one of the 3-best performers there. A long way to go before he’s crowned as the best player in the 2025 class

I think that the Wizards could get the face of the franchise with any of the top 3 picks in the 2025 draft. It is a great draft at the top, and that is clear even now that we are about 14 months away.
