These people really start to sweat when they don’t have an obvious HOF talent to put at #1.

That’s not fair. The top of this draft is like having 5 Scottie Barnes. One of them is likely going to work out. Maybe all of them do. But there is no sure thing he is to become who Scottie Barnes became.

So a 15-year starter who plays unselfish ball and contributes to several deep playoff runs?
He isn’t a superstar, but teams could do a lot worse than drafting the next Tobias Harris.

This stuff gets put out there to devalue picks in trade talks. Most rumors and speculation are posturing, especially in the offseason

I mean Tobias Harris had a pretty solid career compared to some other top picks like Fultz, Bennett, Lonzo, etc. However, this dude probably meant that even the top of this draft class has a ceiling of Tobias Harris and rest of the class is just terrible which is really a bone-headed and ignorant comment about this draft. Bro probably didn’t even watch a 2-3 minute highlight of the top picks this season. And this tweet has like 3M views and 27K likes damn I hate how the media controls people’s opinions.

Yes, Alex Sarr would be picked 19th in the 2011 draft…right…

I really hope this draft produces several hall of famers and all-nba guys to show that everyone in nba media is Donkey-brained

More unprovoked dick suck from The Ringer. What else is new

This came from the podcast he did with Bill Simmons right after the lottery and both of them hate the Hawks. It was completely cringy! Enjoy 🤣
People said the same thing about the draft with Antman and he turned out pretty dang good

Yeah, people known this was a weak draft for awhile but obviously that’s just a bullshit thing he said to say it.

Put your name on it. Look, if you want to be respected then say who you are. If not, stfu….I get the veil of confidentiality but this shit is lame.

It is a weak draft but that doesn’t mean there isn’t star potential. Some of the “weak drafts” in recent years produced Anthony Edwards and Giannis

Message to all hawks fans…. Please don’t put everything on Sarr…. He is no sure thing. He’s not going to be this 15-20 guy right away. For a team that wants to WIN NOW, it’s too much to expect that he’s coming in right away and making a winning impact.

Tobias Harris is a solid player. Think Milsap, offensively.
The problem is The 76ers don’t use him right. They’d rather use him as a spot up shooter instead of letting him get the ball and go to work.
They’d rather see Joel go to work while Harris waits in the corner. Harris is a good shooter, but he isn’t “that.”
Anyway, whoever we get is going to help, and that’s all we really need right now.

ofc when we get the #1 is this the narrative 😂
Ryan Russillo is a fairly big hawks hater so this tracks from him
more ringer trash.
I mean it could be worse…..
