  1. SAS couldn't throw a strike without a batter. He averaged 1.5ppg and thinks he can beat Bron in something other than hot air production. 😂😂😂😂

  2. Im 100% sure he could make one lucky shot on Lebron and not because Lebron is washed or anything close to it anyone who hoops knows anyone and everyone can make the most dumbest luckiest shot ever and sa getting 50 chances is a high probability he could make one

  3. You wouldn't get 50 chances you'd get one, and he'd take the ball, and your legs would be gone in 2 plays, then he would just toddler you. NBA is no joke, and he is one of the best ever. If he tries on defense, you have 0 chance to make any shots.

  4. ESPN is a disgrace propaganda brainwashing network for LeBrick James. All time turnovers leader, all time playoff losses, second all time missed shots and 4-6 in finals is disgraceful. Longevity equals BALCO.

  5. As a dad, I play with my 4 year old all the time. No way he could score in me if I were serious. That’s how it would be with LBJ vs SAS and not just LBJ, but probably EVERY player in the NBA. He wouldn’t even be able to get a shot attempt up.

  6. He will probably create a player on 2K with the ultimate scoring ability and name him "Stephen A". Then the Lakers and talk junk and scream the whole game "I know what I'm capable of. Thought you could stop me…please!"

  7. I think he could do it under this scenario. LeBron won't take it seriously and sag off him for SAS to get the shot off.

  8. If the rules that he stated, he can score 1 luckily. If the ball score points are normal like 2’s and 3’s to reach 100 points.

  9. Bob’s not wrong about betting against SAS, but it’s actually not as ridiculous as he/Perk are making it out to be.

If it's first to 100 by 1s and 2s, but NOT make-it-take-it, then Stephen A will get at least 50 shots (as he states), but most likely LeBron will take a combination of 1s and 2s to get it done. The more 1s that Lebron takes, the more chances StephenA gets. LeBron has attempted ~7K three-pointers in his career out of ~29K shots so roughly 25%. Let’s say he’s feeling really good about his three-point shot this day (and because he knows SAS has a near-zero chance of boxing him out on the board anyways) – if Lebron decides he wants to take an even number of shots beyond the arc as in the paint (because why would he risk jumpers), that would mean it would take ~67 shots to get to 100 points ((33 1s, 33 2s, and 1 more of his choice).

If SAS has only a 1% chance of making a basket, the probability that he will not make a single shot in 67 attempts is 51% – only slightly better than a coin toss. Plug it into the binomial probability calculator yourself (https://stattrek.com/online-calculator/binomial – Probability of success on a trial = .01; Number of trials = 67. Number of successes = 0).

So then it becomes a debate of whether 1% is reasonable. According to this article from ESPN in 2012 (https://www.espn.com/espn/page2/story/_/id/7603230/bob-hamman-bets-make-promotional-basket-halftime-espn-magazine), a sports insurance promotions company estimated the chance of a fan hitting a half-court shot at 2 percent. Of course, that’s unguarded so shaving that probability by 50% seems fair. However, can LeBron block a half-court heave 67 times in a row and not give up an even closer/higher probability shot?

If SAS has merely a 2% chance of making a basket, his probability of winning bumps up to 74%. At 3%, it’s 87%. In the video, he makes 3 shots in a row before missing one. If his FG% is actually 1%, there is effectively a 0 percent chance that would happen. His FG% would have to be a mere 22% for there to even be a 1% chance of hitting 3 shots in a row. Now, applying a 50% discount being guarded, there is a 99.9% chance that he would make at least 1 basket.

  10. espn can't stop talking about lebron. He got eliminated first round but are still talking about him almost everyday

  11. SAS has no lift or proper form and lied about actually playing college ball. No sir, u would not score 1 basket.

  12. there are levels to this Stephen A and you arent on that level. Not even for one basket unless he just allows you to take a shot.
