That’s really it tho. Guys were missing open shots than playing bad defense. The lakers room for error is so tiny cuz the perimeter defense is awful. Rui was absolutely unwatchable that entire series.

Nothing is gonna help them besides the NBA giving them a break. They actually tried to help but I think my boy getting a little bit too close to the owner Genie Buss or whatever her name is Keep it business don’t get personal or it’s like a cancer in the organization. You know things get complicated with women running things because unless they are a split image of whoever ran it things could crumble apart and get real real messy. Rich is really giving facts. Due to the salary cap restrictions in the NBA, the big 3 formula no longer works. I am also not sure why fans continue to feel that LeBron, the supposed great one, always needs to be surrounded by superstars to win. What the Lakers need is exactly what Richard said. They need role players, 3 and D guys! They need players who play both ends of the court and complement AD and Bron. I am so tired of the same tireless rhetoric anytime a player is entering free agency or is upset with his team, the first statement that is spewed by the media, “he should go to LA and play alongside Bron for a Chip. That has only happened 1 time in 6 years with 3 coaching changes, 30+ different players and a pandemic. The teams that are at the top do the league right now have 1-2 superstars a consistency at the HC spot and a host of role players at least 8 deep that all know their roles (ie Minn, Denver, OKC, NY). The Laker/Bron fans have got to stop wanting to stack the deck in Bron’s favor each and every time a superstar becomes available.
It’s amazing that KD has been forever branded after his move to GS who at the time had a stacked team. However, it’s widely accepted that any available superstar go pair with the faux GOAT. The league is better when there is parity.
Lakers had all the chances in the world to out the Nuggets last year and this year Lakers couldnt put 4 solid quarters of basketball together
