SIGN DeMar DeRozan In NBA Free Agency? Waive Chris Paul? LATEST Warriors Rumors

[Music] dear Rosen has spoken to numerous media Outlets about his future with the NBA and quite frankly his future with the Chicago Bulls knowing he’s going to be a free agent this off season my question for the Warriors is do you sign Demar D rozan to the Warriors roster absolutely but we’re going to talk about it here on Warriors today by chat sports if you guys want the Warriors to sign to Mar Rosen going on ahead and like excuse me subscribe to this video you can like it too I mean you can do whatever you want but we’ll make a video regardless if dear Rosen comes to the Golden State Warriors go on ahead hit that sub button so you guys are completely in the know and if you want also hit that like button for me let’s break down what demard de rosan said about his future in the NBA I don’t want to play 20 years I’ll be honest I don’t I don’t blame him to be honest just from the standpoint of like I miss my kids I kind of love being normal at times 20 is a lot I care too much for the game I would never want to cheat the game and I think I would by the time I get to 20 nah DeRozan’s been playing for 15 years he’s been playing since 2009 that’s a long time I mean I can’t imagine doing what they do at all period but also in my 30s everything in my body cracks when I get out of bed and I’m 25 years old I can only imagine what demard de rzan goes through to the fact that he’s saying look I just kind of want to play for a couple more years maybe not make it a 20 is why I think hey maybe the Golden State Warriors would be a great fit for a guy that’s looking for a championship before he heads out and Demar rozan can help the Warriors get a championship if you look at what he’s done in the last four years here he’s still putting up numbers when he did when he was in his prime 24 points a game this last season and let me be honest Chicago Bulls were not a good ball Club so to have DeMar rosen still produce that kind of numbers is fantastic not to mention five assists 43% from the field 33% from the three-point line he’s still putting up numbers that he did in 2020 he’s even putting up better numbers than he did in 2020 which is why I think DeMar rosen still has gas left in the tank and the Warriors should use as much as they can of it before he heads out plus look at this possible starting lineup if you do happen to bring Demar de rozan to the Golden State Warriors because you’re kind of looking for a shooting guard type of position here and D rozan really fills that role next to Steph Curry we know Demar D rozan is great he’s a great playmaker he’s very Mobile on top of adding Jonathan kaminga who can score down low you a nice mid-range coming in here from dear Rosen Trace Jackson Davis still playing in the center and then you got Draymond Green moving up to the four when you add a player like demard de r rozan no you’re not really addressing the defense problem that the Warriors had this year but let’s take one thing at a time let’s focus on the scoring let’s focus on the playmaking as well deardo Rosen and ISO and his mid-range ability is still some of the best in the NBA and what I love even more about dear Rosen is that he can extend his playing time from the beginning to the end and he still produces towards the end of the game which can really help with the Golden State Warriors who blew numerous leads this regular season I think dear rosan especially if you mix him in with that rotation and in the shooting guard position he could definitely be very lethal mixing in there with Brandon pky but I want you guys to go on ahead and tell me what you think about bringing DeMar rosen to the Bay Area comment why you would do this or why you would not do this down below I am going to break down what it would take to sign demard Rosen and free agency in the back half of the show because believe me the Warriors are not the only team that would be interested in demard Rosen but first and foremost I do want to tell because he did make $ 43.9 million this past year and there’s a reason for that when you’re going to get a player of his caliber he’s going to be very expensive he actually is more expensive than Klay Thompson was so with the war who are trying to actually shed some salaries not really add on one like dear rosen’s how could this work out well for one if you pick up dear Rosen you don’t have to resign Klay Thompson and if you even if you’re looking at a minimum deal here for Klay Thompson you still got to pay him upwards of a lot of money because that’s probably what Klay is going to be looking at well if you sign a shooting guard you won’t need Klay Thompson and even if he’s looking for a 20 to$ 40 million range that will help the Warriors cut some of that salary back but the Golden State Warriors unfortunately would still be looking at about a midlevel exception here of what they would offer Demar d rozan whether or not the Warriors have the money to really catch dear de Roan’s eye that’s going to be up to the front office and how bad they want D rozan but there are a few things that D rozan has said that makes me think he’ll actually listen to what the Warriors have to offer and KC Johnson who does report for NB Sports Chicago NBC Sports Chicago had something to say about the Chicago Bulls also already trying to make a move here with d rozan to make him stay a source to told the Bulls recently offered DeRozan’s representative a 2year deal at a high annual salary perhaps as much as $40 million per season but for now D rozan is Seeking a longer term deal but that merely be a part of negotiations so Demar de rozan if this is true or not wasn’t looking at a 2-year deal worth $40 million a year so maybe he’ll take upwards of a 4-year deal and maybe not 40 a year maybe up to 25 million something like that I’m not the front office I don’t have to think of the numbers but here is what demard de R rozan did say if you would ever consider playing for the Lakers who have shown interest in demard De roosan once before he said you can’t never say no about playing home time time will tell we’ll see where the cards will fall you got to remember here demard rosan is from Southern California to be more specific he’s from Compton which is right out side of La so yes that would technically be home for dear Rosen but taking about a 5 six hour drive up North and North in in California can definitely provoke dear Rosen to say hey you know what it’s kind of closer to home maybe my kids want to grow up in the Bay Area maybe not around La and I do think that maybe if he wants to return home maybe it doesn’t necessarily have to be his hometown it can maybe just be his home state coming back to California and here’s why I think he would choose the Golden State Warriors if they had a deal that he would like is because he said in that interview I just want to win more than anything just had the opportunity to win and what better place than the team that has dominated in the last decade with their most recent Championship coming just a few years ago still having Steph Curry still having Draymond Green still having Steve Kerr you still have the resources and the techniques to become another champion and when I think of NBA champions I think of the Golden State Warriors that’s what they have provoked me to think in the last 10 years which makes me think why demard Rosen would say yes to the Warriors but you would probably have to wave CP3 and you would have to say goodbye to Klay Thompson fully like I said you don’t need to really resign Klay Thompson if you have Demar Rosen and with $3.8 million for Chris Paul you could probably wave him and really shed a lot of salary there to be able to offer him a really nice contract but if deard Rosen does not satisfy your needs in free agency why don’t you tell me a free agent you do want the Warriors to sign just go on ahead and drop that comment down below and if you guys enjoyed
