Great series. Lack of depth and Mal not being 100% did us in. Kind of insane how at no point before or during the series was it possible to predict what’s gonna happen next. I feel like a Bruce Brown would’ve put us over the top pretty easily, but it is what it is. I don’t think we would’ve went all the way even if we won this one tbh, it’s honestly impressive we got this far with Mal being this banged up, but I will say it did suck balls that Wackdaniels and Mike switched shooting ability.

  2. Ect0plazm

We didn’t have the juice this year, I’m still in a good mood from our win last year. This was still a good season

  3. pompyyy099

If front office still doesn’t do shit to secure the bench especially in the center position, I don’t know what to say.

  4. ass_breakfast

Hope they got booed off the court. Embarrassing.

  5. BroncoSquatch

Better team won. Jok and Murray were clearly gassed down the stretch there and it affected them on both sides of the ball. This team just lacked the killer instinct this year to take care of opportunities (Spurs game at end of season, Game 1 this series, this game). It’s too bad.

  6. Fruit-Motor

Not a Nuggets fan but like the Joker. I guess that‘s what y‘all get for fucking around in this series and going down 0-2 and getting annihilated in game 6. I wanted Denver to win for Jokic‘s sake and for the insane Anthony Edwards glazing to come to an end but now we won‘t hear the end of it. And sadly I think Minnesota will beat Dallas and I could imagine then beating Boston too in the finals. Man y‘all screwed this one up bad.. Shame on MPJ, AG and KCP for not showing up in the game of their lives and scoring a combined 16 points on pathetic shooting percentages. Fucking KAT outplayed them by himself…in a all or nothing game fucking 7. just shambolic. I don‘t know if the Nuggets can mentally recover from this for next season.

  7. Horrorlord262

Ball arena has been a house of horrors recently..

  8. Waste_Poet_1351

The team choked, lost all momentum when they gave up that 20 pt lead that’s all there is to it

  9. OrangeCrush815

Horrible decision to play Joker the entire 2nd half.  He couldn’t even box out in crunch time because he was so exhausted.  I would rather have a rested Joker down 8 in crunch time than an exhausted Joker down 3.

  10. I know many of you are upset and hurting right now. And it is real pain. You feel hopeless or sick or lost. But just remember that this is just a sports game. It’s basketball and nothing else. Your life and health is not worth hurting over this. These players? They will go home to their mansions and live. Don’t let yourself be hurt by something out of your control. There is nothing you could have done to prevent this. It’s not your fault. Go out there and live, eat out, or enjoy other hobbies and be with friends and family. Enjoy your life

  11. UnderratedNightmare

Something to make it worse. We are the first team to lose in a game 7, after leading by 15 at the half. That record was 21-0 lmao

  12. Ding-Dong-Song

90% don’t care about WCF or ECF. 95% don’t want Boston to win the title.
I could care less who wins this year

  13. jbhoops25

    Fucking chokers! Absolutely embarrassing…

  14. Shot-Finding9346

We ran out of gas, this team limped into the playoffs. We need a Manu Ginobli type, and a big that can spell Jokic.

  15. We crumbled too many times. How many 20+ point half quarter runs was it? Something about the Wolves throws us off.

Still love this Nuggets team. Love MPJ too, but two years in a row of disappearing as the playoffs progress is not looking good. I’m all for shipping him at this point, letting Braun step into his spot, and strengthening elsewhere.

  16. boydivision30

We had a 20 point lead in the 3rd and all we had to do was manage the game to the end. This one will sting for a long time. Long offseason incoming, twas a pleasure ‘yall! Back to Nugglyfe I guess.

  17. autumn_ghosts5

We can argue about Jamal later, but MPJ needs to be gone. He is not worth even half of what we are paying for him

  18. spiderpigface

MPJ tonight = Wilson Chandler in game 82

  19. KeananTotcha

I thought they played merhodical in the first half and that worked well. Don’t know why they went away from it.

  20. AndoArugula

We said it all along that this is a series where the Nuggets control the outcome and they have to beat themselves to lose and they did, bummer 🙁

  21. dilbertsfriend

Reggie needs to be gone. Could not play him in the playoffs and really needed a solid ball handler off the bench. Desperately need a backup seven footer that can contribute more than DJ/Zeke too.

  22. LACIRCA2044

Basically Ant can have a mediocre game and they can win a game 7 on the road. The way our team is built means Jokic & Jamal have to be As or at least A-s to win. I don’t know how Booth changes that, it’s built into the dna. Like MPj and KCP will never be 1st and 2nd in points in a playoff win, it’s just not how it works.

  23. Helm_the_Hammered

Absolutely rotten weekend. Aves and Nuggets eliminated in heartbreaking fashion. Who’s ready for six months of “take away Jokic’s MVPs, Ant is Jesus”

  24. Flying_fistogon

I don’t really mind losing but heaving a desperation 3 then not fouling when only down 7 with 30 seconds to go is fucking blowing my mind how pathetic it is.

  25. InsideDazzling6165

Now as basketball fans and not Denver fans, which team do you think will win? And which one would you like?

I think the wolves or the Celtics come out. But I would like Dallas to come out.

  26. xjxdarren

The number one fundamental reason Denver can’t defender the title this year is that none of its wings being groomed can reliably shoot 3s coming off the bench.

The concrete, specific reason is that MPJ was utterly unplayable this series.

  27. kittenigiri

This is not on Jokic, with a 20 point lead he shouldn’t have played the whole time… Mike was nowhere to be found again, Murray did his thing but gassed out at the end, it is what it is.

  28. CarcarodonApothecary

So fucking tired of the teams I love being historically dominate one year and then shit the next 10. Can we please not pull a broncos?

  29. Kardia_Spasmeni

Edward’s shot 6/24 and we lost lol role players were complete shit on the offensive end

  30. amoss_303

Obviously this window of time did it all last year, but it’s still painful to know that it’s another year where that door closes just a little bit more. Reminds me of back in the day with Melo/Billups

  31. NanoNarse

Last year, the team came out with a championship vibe from game 1. Of every series.

This year, they had a championship vibe for a 3 game stretch in games 3-5.

Who knows what it was. Not being able to coast through the last 2 months, Jamal being hurt, losing Bruce. All of that? Maybe. But something was off this year. They didn’t come out looking ready. Not for the Lakers series. Certainly not for this one.

You want to lose feeling like you gave your all and just got beat by a better team. I felt that way in 22 against the Warriors when we last lost. But honestly, this feels like they got their comeuppance.

GG Wolves. Would be nice to see them get one.

  32. Booth better do something soon or last years title is going to be the only one in the Jokic era.

  33. Kind-Celebration-115

Maybe this is unpopular or a hot take whatever. I don’t care about narratives but I’d prefer to have gotten swept than whatever tf just happened this past week. How are you up 3-2 and game 6 and 7 play out as they did. Just absolutely pathetic.

  34. In the end, the Wolves’ depth ultimately won this series. It’s hard to win when only two players show up for your team. I guess a silver lining for the Nuggets is that the front office should realize winning a championship with no bench is highly unlikely. Also, they should start some talks with other teams regarding MPJ. He completely no shows for entire series when he is on a max contract.

  35. Brave_Zesteria

    😂😂😂😂🫵🏿🫵🏿🫵🏿🫵🏿 BYE BYE FAKE MVP

  36. swordfischh

Guys I’m really really sad. Not sure if I’m sadder that we can’t win the championship, or that I can’t watch games anymore until October 😔 watching nuggets games is literally the best part of life.

On the brighter side, don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened. I had so much fun watching this team be great all year. Go Nuggs

  37. dirtengineer07

It seriously felt like we had a 2 man offense. Other guys have to be more involved beyond just launching 3s ffs. KCP at least did shit on defense but AG and MPJ were forgettable. Half the time I didn’t even know who else was in the game other than Jamal and jokic. Those 2 were gassed doing everything imo

  38. royal-spider

Hopefully Denver can play two 8th seeds and a 7th seed next year to win the championship again.

  39. ThanasisMyMVP

Imagine losing with 8 players on the court 🫵😂
