Meanwhile you got 6 wolves players putting up double digits.

Jokic deserves an all-star team, like all other MVPs before him got.

34/7/19 means shit if half the team doesn’t wanna play

    Im salty

  2. Braun played some tough defense on Ant…hats off to him!

MPJ so great against the Lakers and never showed up for this series…

  3. EmbraceComplexity

Not enough depth this year. Ends up costing them.

  4. Soft-Perception4803

In hindsight MPJ family trouble really messed up the Nuggets

  5. manbeqrpig

MPJ has to be traded. Hes on a max contract. Is he a good player? Absolutely. Is he worth his contract. Fuck no. That makes him a liability. Trading him can fix every depth issue this team has. You don’t build a dynasty with complacency

  6. Super-Inevitable-482

Jontay making banks with the unders

  7. SimpleJack54321

Worst game to be a nonfactor. I thought I would at least see AG flying to get some rebounds or putback dunks, maybe a drive or 2 to the basket for an AND1?

I don’t or can’t recall any meaningful impact plays from AG or Porter.

No one to help out Murray or Jokic.

  8. Trixie_Lorraine

It’s clear that the Nuggets took a step backward from last year. Brown was a huge loss.

  9. PointLucky

I had a feeling Losing Bruce brown and Jeff green was gonna be an issue. They were big last post season

  10. SpaceAfricanJesus

Jaden McDaniels had more points than all Nuggets not named Jokic or Murray combined.

  11. vintage_rack_boi

Blame Calvin fucking booth. He didn’t give a fuck about this season.

  12. Anhedonic98

I think a big issue with this squad is how inconsistent some of our players are offensively

Outside of Jokic, literally every player in our team is inconsistent, even Murray, guys that can pop off for 20+ one game and then disappear for the next 2 games, obviously its easy to ask for consistency and hard to get it, but if we had just one player who we could count on to consistently get us 10-15 every night on solid efficiency, a lot of our problems offensively wouldve gone away, thats what Bruce brown was for us last year and its what Naz Reid was for minnesota, and i think its what made that difference, as good as PWat and Braun are defensively, they’re just as bad if not worse offensively, not to mention we can’t have MPJ ghost on us like that

  13. loplopplop

Gordon was terrified to shoot anywhere outside of 3 feet from the basket.

  14. pitcherintherye77

Jontay had money on the wolves. MPJ just helping out the family.

  15. Can’t score much if you don’t get passed the ball when you’re wide open.

  16. Acework23

Mpj shot lights put vs la and was never seen again

  17. Exciting-Hotel-7617

We need more depth this off-season. Period.

  18. tbinus78

Nuggets and Avs have similar problems – no killer instinct. When you are up by 20 at home in Game 7 as defending champs after you lost by 45, you step on their throat. Pathetic.

  19. Clunkbot

I thought Braun had a decent game but yeesh that was tough

  20. penguin_torpedo

AG went missing, but you can’t really kill him for it when he was so big the rest of the series. MPJ tho, man…

  21. There was a point in the 3rd quarter where the commentators said something along the lines of no one not named Jokic was willing to shoot the ball, they played afraid to lose at that point

  22. BowserBuddy123

That line sucks for all those role players. Especially at home. But man, props to TC for putting this Wolves team together. I laughed at the Gobert trade, but it almost seems he did everything he did just to counter Denver. Nobody was going as big as the Wolves or has gone as big as the Wolves since some teams back in the 80s-90s it seems. Between that size, rim pressure and perimeter defense, it’s just not a great matchup. Props to them.

MPJ and AG scoring so few really does suck ultimate balls though, because they should be able to do some things. MPJ should be able to shoot over most matchups since Jaden wasn’t going to be defending him most the time and AG should have had some space with his speed advantage and the MN bigs not wanting to be blown past. Just sucks.

  23. JustSeriousEnough

Was looking for a better series from Braun. Really thought he’d be a bigger factor for the Nuggets.

  24. DizzyDre1211

Trade Nnaji and DJ, maybe even KCP for Bruce Brown and a nice Athletic Big

  25. ThreeHourRiverMan

CB doesn’t belong here. The rest I agree with.

  26. foxcnnmsnbc

I said this at the beginning of the season and was downvoted. Didn’t do anything to make up for what was lost from Brown leaving. Even up to the Lakers series people were saying the same stuff about “Watson and Braun being more impactful than Brown.” And her durr “Green doesnt do anything.”

  27. Mysterious_Universe1

Unacceptable performances from AG and especially MPJ, who’s been horrible all series…

  28. WhopperTopper143

MPJ gets paid way too much money play like that. Also didn’t show up in last years finals. MPJ was useless defensively this series too.

  29. commendatore13

What do we think about Valanciunas on this team? He’s a decent player. Gives you offense and rebounds

  30. KagsTheOneAndOnly

Is this an app BTW out of curiosity

  31. dardrpa22

MPJ struggles with physical defense. Miami last year and now wolves. He cooked LA because they are slower also are shite. Braun is primary a defender and he did great job guarding ANT. I’m disappointed that KCP couldn’t hit open shots, and AG complete no show this game. We need second ball handler and at least one more athletic big who can hit 10-15 baskets and not be trafic cone on D (decent is enough). we can draft someone maybe. I don’t think we have resources to buy or trade unless giving up high draft picks or recruit geezer with veteran contracts. At the end I think Malone also has some share of blame. He ran starters in to the ground, and is slow to develope and utilize youngster and rookies through regular season.
