Houston has identified floor spacing and shooting as an area of need this offseason privately and publicly and have an interest in veteran sharpshooter Malik Beasley, league sources said. Beasley, who is also attracting early interest from Orlando and Golden State, spent the past season in Milwaukee, starting 77 games and shooting 41.3 percent from 3-point distance.

Nope. Next.
Clearly it is a need. With that said, we have only 144 SG/SF/PF minutes to split between Green, Thompson, Whitmore, Brooks, Eason, and Smith – that’s a very stingy 24 minutes apiece plus whatever Jabari C and Amen PG minutes you can sneak in, so just as with Reggie Bullock, I don’t really see where you take the minutes from to get that shooting on the floor without another massive absence like Tari’s last year.
The most feasible answer to shooting woes is for Jabari, Tari and especially Jalen to shoot 3s better, and all three have shown the potential to do so.
If we can trade for Bridges without giving up what was apparently offered earlier this season I’ll be fine with it. I don’t mind giving up the picks but I am in no way shape or form giving up Jalen in that deal along with the 3rd pick and their picks back.
We need size and shooting not malik
I agree with the assessment but Malik is not that player
Too many young players on this team that are better than D. Brooks and or need to be developed to be having him camped out there eating up play time. I would move him first…they know what he is. A fool would move Tari Eason, Cam, Amen to rent a border star to barely move the needle.
