Jaylen Brown asked why he doesn’t seem happy after the win: “Would you be? We almost dropped a game on our home floor. We need to come out and be better in Game 2.”

Amazing leader and always holds himself and the team accountable

  2. bradyisking

Dude knows we got away with one big time. I hope they’re all pissed off honestly, keep playing that like and we will lose the series

  3. Dogdays8888

Mr. Brown, I think you dropped this —-> 👑

  4. Plastic_Database_645

    This is the fucking mindset.

That game was short of a miracle. They turned over the ball 2 TIMES and we almost didn’t capitalize. Tatum also shot twice in 3PT with no one around and it didn’t go in.

55% FG is unacceptable with the fact that they went to 7 and we didnt even play for a week.

Exactly. Whoever is happy tonight is crazy. glad he’s not. The whole team should be pissed

  6. DBlackIce

That’s the way u do it. You take the win and focus on being better not riding the coattails of what’s already happened. Another thing to be happy about besides the win for us

  7. iAm-Tyson

We got a wake up call and won at the same time

  8. kokain99

He’s knows they won’t get away with that in the Finals. We will see if it’s get right game on Thursday. Indiana will do what they do regardless.

  9. I fucking love Jaylen Brown. Dude saw the choke and said NO.

  10. jcoldiron

That’s the fucking tone. Everyone better be ready for game 2. No more bonehead turnovers. Execution on both ends.

Love that energy from JB. And I’m confident they come out big in game 2

Relevant to fans of the Boston Celtics and those following NBA player interviews and reactions.

Love the mindset. It was a disappointing game by the Celtics, they were clutch when it mattered but it was a very frustrating game overall. I’m glad they’re not happy about it either, hopefully they’ll come out stronger next game.

Do better defense on Game 2. I almost had a heart attack with that 3 JB! Good game man!

Bro is too humble, crown stays falling. THATS MY KING.

  16. Dry-Peach-6327

He feels just like many of us did watching the game. Great leader

  17. Steakisforclosers

Pacers needed that game more than the Celtics. But Celtics aren’t far behind. That was a big game one. If Celtics sweep at home. It’s going to be really hard for the pacers to win 4 out of 5.

  18. JewLawyerFromSunny

I hope this game 1 close call replaces the game 2 losses we had in rd1 & 2 and we sweep this series.

  19. tsunamisurfer35

    This is the right reaction.

The Celtics should be ashamed of this win. The defence was horrible.

You let trash like Toppin go 6-8???

  20. TheRealestMarco

I agree…gonna be much better defensively. Too many mental lapses resulting in easy lay up. Pacers are too good offensively. We gotta be flawless on defense. We also gotta be on offense when Tatum sits. Both first half and 2nd half, pacers outscored us when JT on the bench.

  21. daft_dunkwwwolfey

That’s my goat 🥹 stunt on these hoes JB

  22. BurritoGuapito

We’ve done a mediocre job protecting home court so this makes me very happy to hear this coming from someone other than Al. Shouldn’t have been this close but hell of a closeout.

  23. C4VEJOHNSON

Jrue and JB had the right mindset, physicality, get up on defense and press these little shooters. Play with some damn toughness!

  24. luke_workin2

Everyone loves it when JB says it but when people on this sub say this, they’re called “doomers” lol

  25. AkiraleTorimaki

Until I see otherwise, I still believe we’ll lose Game 2, then win the next 3 games to win in 5 games on our way to the NBA Finals.

  26. WinterEngineering322

Love it. The attitude we need to have. I’m not too happy with this win either. We gave Indiana so many chances to win this game. JBs desperation 3 saved us. Gotta be better

  27. dittmerjustin

Great response, stay poised out there!

  28. ZEFAGrimmsAlt

What’s there to be happy about? Job’s not finished.

    Job finished?

    🙂‍↔️

    I don’t think so

I believe we just witnessed “the jump” that many analysts have been asking from Brown and Tatum.
