Nba throwing people to the wolves with hiring first time coaches to lead big market teams, they should copy baseball, realized they didn't have enough African American managers and put them in assistant coaching jobs and suddenly we had a ton of African American managers in a few years. Don't set these brothers up to fail. Look how they did Steve Nash.
