This is why I love this team and why I said we were winning this game even when the score looked bad. IND was shooting 65% most of the game but we were right with them. As soon as their shooting cooled off for a short time we’d take the team. That finally started to happen in the 3rd and we cut the 20 point lead down and then they cooled off again in the 4th and we took the lead.
Incredible mental toughness by this team. Previous Celtics teams gave up in those situations. Everyone on r/nba loves to say the Celtics are chokers or can’t close games and I keep trying to tell you all that this isn’t the same team you’ve seen before.
