Could we use our cap space as a tax-savings for teams against the apron? I doubt it would take much draft capital (1 first?) from us to make this happen, but I’m not here to debate picks and sweeteners (Hawks to Pels) needed to pull this off.
The trade framework clears room for Sarr and better balances the Hawks, locks Pels into a better fitting team on the court and financially, as well as gives the Magic a starting floor general as requested by Paolo (until his extension kicks in).

In this, everyone wins but the magic.
I’m not sure how much better this makes us and I think he would stunt our youths development.
CJ is exactly what the Magic don’t need.
This is going to be one long summer.

“Lord give me strength” so basically everybody eats but ORL CJ is plastic in the ocean type wash and a known playoff dropper ask any pelicans fans
Paolo’s play in the playoffs kind of put us being this stage of cap management.
