My brother you and your buddy kitty are shooting like a stormtrooper.

Still in the first stage of grief

  3. K1ngCrimsn

They approaching Lakers/Nuggets wcf levels of copium

It’s not even that they all need to click. The contribution of role players will fluctuate throughout the postseason. You need your main guys to be average to stand a chance. The self-proclaimed greatest shooting big of all time hasn’t even been below average. He’s just. Not. There.

KAT out here shooting bible verses, it’s done

  6. Beating Denver then probably getting swept is a little absurd

It’s good to be confident in yourself.  Just don’t let someone overhear you when you’re down or you will get clowned.

  8. WolverineLong1430

Maybe next season they will click in the conference finals?

If I had to pick top 100 hardest shot in this playoff, 95 of them came from Luka and Kyrie.

Ant sounds like he’s coping but I understand why he would think like this. Their defense doesn’t do anything wrong.

That last one minute of Game 2 is going to hurt. Lack of experience in that moment was quite evident.

  11. BathroomPresent69

“don’t let us get one” energy

  12. no-jerk-zone

I appreciate the confidence but you’re not clicking because of them. They’re beating you right now, luckily there will be another game and more seasons and playoffs after this one to get over the hump.

I would be even more worried if he just gave up. Atleast hes delusional, bodes better.

  14. The games have been close, just Mavericks have two closers while Minnesota throws it out of bounds.

  15. Spaghettiisgoddog

    It’s harder to click when:

     1) you’re tired
     2) you have to guard luka and kyrie

  16. Armanhammer2

Probably bc the Mavs defense has been interrupting their flow

  17. Ok_Jello_3630

My man even Detroit beats anyone if “all click at the same time”. That’s professional sports, nobody is at 100%.

That’s how he should feel, non-story

  19. Top_Gun_2021

isnt nonsensical optimism something you want in a player?

Dallas front court much better defensively than Nuggets and the Suns, kinda crazy how athletic they got with one trade

  21. this_place_stinks

This could be the most competitive sweep since Lakers-Nuggets back in 2023

    Ant tomorrow:

    > No disrespect to the Mavs, I’m a firm believer that Dallas sweeping them is a huge fluke and robs the Wolves of truly accomplishing what their capable of. I’ve spent the last few days in pure disbelief and it just doesn’t make sense to me. I’ve spent the entire regular season watching the Wolves play great ball it’s just not fair.

    > If the Wolves lose again I will face that the Mavs deserved the win, but I am just 100% sure it was a fluke and does a big disservice to the Wolves and the NBA.
