He admitted to not being healthy the whole year after the injury…so why exactly did he put his own financial interests above the interests of the team? And why did the coaching staff let him? if he had sat out a couple more weeks, maybe he wouldve played better down the stretch. im sure i’ll get downvoted for this, but the whole situation rubs me the wrong way.

In this interview and in Carlisle’s interview they talked about strength training which is exciting to me – think it’s really low-hanging fruit for Ty to capitalize on and will definitely make him better and more physically resilient next year.

Coming back a week later means he misses out on 41 million dollars, I don’t blame him at all. I’m glad he was able to get that money and now he doesn’t have to worry about playing before he’s 100%. The training staff had to clear him to play so it’s not completely on him to begin with.
