down it is Friday it is 11:30 Eastern it is goat time move over Jordan move over Brady it’s now Wayne’s World good morning to Little Wayne andolan says about a team that I know you liked and defended all year those Timberwolves how how disappointed were you and even just the first quarter last night uh skip I wasn’t disappointed at all I was impressed by Luca okay I was watching Lucas show and then I was waiting for Kyrie to see I was going to see if it how was was Kyrie going to get on you know how I usually go if Lucas High Kyrie play then when they both oh like I wasn’t it’s kind of like I wasn’t worried about I wasn’t paying attention to anything else I wasn’t disappointed at all not in the young boy the young boy they tried hard they tried hard I believe so yeah it just didn’t work out that way the whole team if the whole team play with his type of energy and his type of was on his time his type of time it been a different Series M yeah that that you know when you look at it they out the gate they started off wrong right CU they allowed Luca to get hot and that’s demoralizing for a team especially if you can’t match it and Rudy goar wasn’t the guy to match Luca so I felt like Ant-Man should have just as Luca was cooking he should just been like I got this I’mma I’m going to now do what we tend to do in football is if I see you getting down as a receiver I’m going let this say man I can’t be having Wayne out here balling and I’m standing over here like a cardboard cutout yeah now you if you a man if Luca knocking down shots I’m just gonna knock him down I’m GNA take over just like he took over but they didn’t do that they trying to pound the ball in and Rudy Gober to set like a physical presence I think he had like the first seven touch yeah seven touches in the first quarter I think he ain’t never had seven touches in the damn game they said that I think they was trying to just establish his little presence in the game and all that ain’t no presence to establish he has no athletic no athletic ability like that he’s falling all over the it’s just I don’t mean to be bashing the dude but I’m not giving him Wayne the ball when I got Ant-Man or at least if I’mma go through somebody I’m going through an and Cat and that’s it that’s what uh Jason kid did he decided I’m either gonna go through Kyrie or Luca to set this standard to let them know we here for real and that’s what they did and the game was lost this game was lost by the second quarter Wayne has defended Rudy goar just because you you like you you like who he is right yeah or you like you don’t like that he takes so much crap that’s all it was I like the guy taking so much but also he he hold his own he hold his own I mean you know but I expected more out of ant thank you but with the game but the game get out of control it’s just it’s is look he’s young as I told Skip and Rick stop doing that no we can’t you can’t you can’t stop doing that you can’t we can stop doing it a year or two from now but this is the first time he’s a Western Conference Final when you young man that’s how I look at that this how I look at that situation I look at it like if we going to keep going he’s young and all that and we going to keep saying that age and we going to point to the age where if he’s too young go and stay in college go cuz you get paid now no he ready for he’s ready for the pros but he ain’t ready for the moment he’s ready for pro stay in college but see even when he stay in college you come to the NBA at some point in time College ain’t the pros it’s a different level every every every just like you and music you want him to make that you want him to accept that adjustment that college ain’t the pros well he need to understand that the pros but he eventually will think about think about you for music for a minute every venue you play is different some venues small you might play way better but the big ones you like I’m sure you get up there you play a certain way but then the small ones you probably play a little bit different no you don’t think so I know so I am the same guy on every stage but see he he you could tell he still kind of has and the reason that there’s a butt after I just said what I said is the reason why he he’s no baby Jordan no don’t listen to skip about the baby Jordan no but I’m listening to you baby Jordan stuff that we all contribute that to is experience and youth as he gets older and a better understanding and getting older from today to tomorrow it can happen like that offseason is where you do self check right and coming after you right okay and and you have to match his energy and his tenacity and and his coldblooded killer you just have to match it even if you miss the shots you got to show your team I’m taking a few more shots yeah absolutely absolutely but when you you’re young there’s a lot of things that go into it when you’re young you you looking at veteran player should I be doing this or am I going to play the game right when you don’t have a I don’t care attitude that’s better than worrying about what everybody’s thinking that is true true it’s worried about everybody thinking you a going never win that way he do need a better too too need a better cuz he out there by itself like when he looking around for somebody else that you know what I mean they trapping him they running to him taking the Celtics because my guy Lou baby Jordan didn’t show up so last night I’m texting doing the game with Skip and it was one of them runs with the Mavs and then he didn’t he wasn’t playing well or whatever so I text Skip he want to ask the question I text Skip I said basically blanky blank little baby Jordan how about he wasn’t even born yet he’s not even born cuz it wasn’t good but no I’m taking and by the way I texted back fetus Jordan cuz he just it was so over it was like 36 point lead or whatever um you can’t take you can’t take the MS ain’t got enough Firepower what they too the Celtics is too deep across the board they deep they very deep they deep and you can I can get the same thing from Tatum and brown as I get from Luca and Kyrie oh no you get you can you can but but the same thing you can but I think it’s more I think I think you we put you could put your money Bank on it more with Kyrie and um Luca just you prisoner of the moment that’s what you’re doing right now no you you’re prison of the moment because you just saw it last night oppos you opposed to them bad games that they was playing in against Indie and in Miami and no Donovan Mitchell in the Cav but they’ve been the championship before they been but the defensive side that’s going to be that’s going to be who we want on you okay defensively who we want we got about three four two-way players on this side who do we want to put on you who am I going to deploy on Luca who am I going to deploy on Kyrie when are we going to deploy them on there we got a better Arsenal than Dallas and we could score just like they could score and we can shoot the three like no other you can but y’all have y off nights and when y off nights y’all well Dallas you know the most prolific backourt scoring duel in NBA history in game four had an off night yeah so you everybody can have off nights yeah just like they can have own nights exactly but there’s more X factors in my opinion in Boston and I hate I hate Boston I don’t even like them but I like the players I think the xor lies in in the in the paint and the youth the youth in the dere Lively Gafford as well Gafford as well but Derek Lively I get it ain’t gonna be do nothing them he’s cute but porzingis still porzingis is gonna play He he’ll be back he’ll be back he definitely be back he’ll be back the unor nice nice sweatsuits he dressed real oh overse oh I don’t know they may have but but you know Skip he’s in a better place with better allaround players around him in in Boston opposed to his time in New York and his time in Dallas he is a different player he and Luca didn’t Vibe at all not at all and porin wind up just standing in the corner most of the time yeah so you’re in a different situation dude can play if he’s healthy okay true too no that’s true too and look Luka I like Luca as a player but I’m not ready to just anoint somebody just because everybody else is you got to finish the deal right you got to finish the deal same thing with Tatum and brown they got to finish so why do you keep saying that Boston is deeper than Dallas because I I because I like I like their starting five but but I give I give you the starting five but but if we’re talking about sheer depth it’s Dallas all day I like their starting five and I like the six whoever that swing is whether it’s a porzingis or it’s a Harford however you that’s deep enough Prett much where it end but and I’m okay with that and I like a prit coming off the bench from time to time knocking down an emotional high too emotional come right in there and get get fouls though sometimes I mean and he playing he reminds me a lot of TJ McConnell and ain’t because he white skip no you send you sent him out that play with Kyrie Luca he GNA get two three quick files like that that’s the foul Masters yeah I’m not putting him on Luka fact why I put TJ I mean uh PR the uh you going put him on KY man I’mma do whatever I need to do with my other guys and then
