Bridges shouldn’t be valued by the Rockets since he is only on a good value contract for the next 2 years, and the Rockets won’t be competing for even a finals appearance over the next two years.
Cam Whitmore would go 6th in a redraft imo in the 2023 draft, so we’re effectively giving up 2 very high first round picks, and two other first round picks (that 25 swap is effectively another pick since owning it means getting the Nets pick which will be a lottery pick rather than getting OKC’s pick which could be 29th again), for 2 first round picks and a player who isn’t that valuable to us.
If the Nets want their picks back, they should give us the 2027 PHI pick, 2027 and 2029 Suns picks and 2029 DAL pick in exchange for the 25 swap, 26 pick and 27 swap. Trade Mikal to a contending team which will pay you 2-3 firsts and then start your rebuild
