all right here are the potential hidden storylines of this year’s NBA Finals that nobody seems to be talking about so look there might not be a fan base that hates a player more than Celtics fans now hate Kyrie Irving and to be fair I don’t really blame him because first he made the promise just to then ditch them to go to the Nets and of course who could forget the sage burning rituals at TD Garden but as far as player versus player beefs what about KP versus Luca like these guys did not end well in Dallas this one’s a little bit of a stretch but another interesting storyline is Jason kid versus the players that he helped traded because if you remember Jason kid was the head coach for that Nets team that traded the Jaylen Brown and Jason Tatum picks for Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce speaking of porzingis he could be facing his former Wizards teammate from just last season in Daniel Gafford and if the t-wolves are able to make a comeback in the Western Conference Finals how about cat versus porzingis in the battle of the 2015 draft

    I know kyrie didn’t play well but Luka also shot 33% too so he didn’t play well either and his counting stats are better because he has the ball more so it’s on both of them not just kyrie and kyrie’s comments before the game was about the camera crew not the timberwolves but mavs in 5

    Two important things you missed. 1 being the main reason Celtics are upset with Kyrie. When he came back to the garden, he stepped on the Celtics logo in the middle of the court, and rubbed his foot on it. That’s the main reason Celtics nation is upset with him. Second thing you missed is PJ Washington came from Charlotte. Worst team in the league now in the finals Porzingis came from wizards. Worst team in the league now in the finals. Talk about being two of the happiest players in the NBA right now lol. also when Garnett and Pierce came back to the garden for the first time they bow down to the logo that’s how much respect they had for it. They did not step on it and rub their foot on it like it’s a piece of crap.

    Been a Celtics fan 17 years.
    Never hated Ky. Hated he broke his promise and stomped the logo.😤
    But he’s had a lot of ups and downs im sure they tried to blacklist him from the league🤷🏾‍♂️🙄
    Would love to see him get a ring and silence the hate.

    I just want everyone saying the Mavs are gonna win to understand that you doing this means you cannot use the “you didn’t even play anyone” excuse when the Celtics win.

    Y’all are in here passionately arguing that the mavs are better than the Celtics (just like y’all did with the wolves over the mavs 🤡) so you cannot say the Celtics got handed a chip this year. You yourself are arguing that the Celtics are going to beat a team who is better than they are 😂

    what’s funny to me is that grant williams was on both of those teams and he got traded so now he gets to watch both of his ex teams play in the finals😭
