Drew Hill of the Daily Memphian has an interesting article about new Assistant Noah LaRoche's offensive system. It involves no set plays, no pick and rolls, no dribble handoffs, and 5 out. He says that while LaRoche won't be an offensive coordinator, the Grizz could adopt some of his principles.
Here's a couple of YouTube videos breaking down the offense, which LaRoche ran while coaching at the D-III level.

I can't imagine the Grizz completely abandoning PnR or dribble handoffs, but could be fun to watch!

It’s Space and Pace, but with way more emphasis on efficiency. Adopting some of that with a Ja, Jaren, and 3 shooters line up would be dope!
